Job Vacancy: Driver

                   The Royal Thai Consulate in Jeddah wishes to announce a job vacancy for the position of the Driver with details as follows:
                 1. Position and Salary
                     1.1 Position: Driver
                     1.2 Monthly Salary starting at 3,632.00 SR (Three thousand Six hundred and Thirty-Two Saudi Riyals) and annual raises in accordance with work performance evaluations with a salary cap of 7,727.00 SR per month
                     1.3 Additional benefits, as stipulated by law, include health insurance, overtime, and local yearly bonuses
                     1.4 The duration of employment on an annual basis (renewable)
                     1.5 Three-month probation period
                 2. Qualifications
                     2.1 Female or Male, if a male of Thai nationality, shall be required to submit a copy of proof of military conscription.
                    2.2 Holder of High school degree or above
                    2.3 Holder of a driving license issued by Saudi Authority.
                    2.4 Possessing experience and familiarity with driving and routes in Saudi Arabia also must be a resident in Saudi Arabia for at least 5 years
                    2.5 Holder of valid residence permit or visa valid for working in Saudi Arabia.
                    2.6 Able to use Arabic fluently; in addition, should be communicating in Thai and/or English.                    
                    2.7 Possessing a positive personality and good physical and emotional health, not carrying diseases forbidden by applicable laws and regulations.
                    2.8 Possessing good behavior, service mind, morals, and ethics; good interpersonal skills and attitudes; able to handle any additional tasks assigned, take the initiative, and have flexibility in working hours.

                    4.4 Copy of passport
                    4.5 Copy of Iqama
                    4.6 Copy of driving license issued by Saudi authority
                    4.7 Copy of transcript and education record
                        Candidates may include additional supporting documentation if that might assist the Consulate's consideration.
                 5. Selection Schedule
                    5.1 Application date between 10 - 23 November 2024
                    5.2 Announcing the name of candidates on 28 November 2024
                    5.3 Interview and Driving Test on 12 December 2024
                    5.4 Announcement of the results on 19 December 2024
                 6. Location of written examination and interview: The Royal Thai Consulate Jeddah
                 7. Conditions
                    7.1 The Royal Thai Consulate will identify one qualified candidate for a position and place the other applicable candidate on a two-year reserved list.
                   7.2 The qualified candidate must begin their duty on 22 December 2024.
