• Up to 10 working days.
• Incomplete documents will cause a delay in processing time.
• You are recommended to apply for a visa at least 4 weeks before the travel date.
• Do not submit your application more than 3 months
  before your departure date.
• For Afghanistan and Iraq passport which can take up to 8-12 weeks

ELIGIBILITY

• Passport holders of all nationals with residence permits (Iqama) in KSA can apply for the e-visa through Royal Thai Consulate-General, Jeddah. 
• All applicants must be residing within KSA when applying for the Visa.
• Documents indicating current residence are valid Saudi Iqama or Saudi National ID.  
• The visa applications will be rejected should you fail to provide the evidence of your presence within the KSA while applying for the visa.

PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION

• The applicants must provide genuine documents and information.
• If the applicants are found to provide false documents or give false information, their applications will be rejected and be reported for further determination of appropriate action and future prohibition to enter the Kingdom of Thailand.

INCORRECT VISA INFORMATION

• Visa will be issued based on what you have filled in the system, please make sure that you fill in information correctly.
• Your full name and date of birth must be the same as it appears in the passport/travel document.
• Since the information in your application cannot be revised or overridden manually even by the Consulate's officer, if your information is incorrect you must reapply for a new visa and pay again.
• Please double-check your personal information before submitting for your own benefit.

PASSPORT

• Please upload a clear image of the information page. Additionally, merge any pages containing the issue/expiry date or renewal information into a single file.
• Ensure that all pages are uploaded in JPG / JPEG format and the file size does not exceed 3 MB. Click here for example.

PICTURE

• Photo: Upload a high-resolution photo with white background only. The photo must be taken within the last 6 months (JPG / JPEG format, at least 300 PPI, size not exceeding 3 MB) Click here for example.

REFUNDABLE

• Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

CHECKING VISA STATUS

• The applicant must check their visa status through www.thaievisa.go.th
• Due to the number of applications, the Consulate cannot check status for everyone

• Processing will be delayed if the above instructions are not followed.
  Failure to do so will cause a visa rejection/ delay.
• The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Jeddah reserves the right to request additional documents as deemed necessary as well as reject any application without prejudice.
