Non-Immigrant Visa

Investment Through Ministry (IM)

1. Requirement: This type of visa is issued to applicants who received an investment incentive from the related Ministry in Thailand.
2. Validity of visa: The validity of a visa is 3 months (single entry) or 1 year (multiple entry)
3. Period of stay: not exceeding 90 days
4. Required Document:

4.1 Passport or travel document (with one copy) with validity not less than 6 months. The validity of 18 months is required for one year visa application.

4.2 One duly filled application form

4.3 One colour photographs (3.5x4.5 cm.) taken within the last 6 months

4.4 A copy of ID Card or Family Card (for Saudi citizen) or a copy of Residence Identity Card (for non-Saudi citizen)

4.5 A copy of Exit Re-entry visa (for non-Saudi citizen)

4.6 Evidence of traveling (a copy of confirmed air ticket)

4.7 Evidence of accommodation in Thailand

4.8 Evidence of adequate finance, i.e., bank statement (5,000 SAR per person and 10,000 SAR per family)

4.9 Letter from a Ministry in Thailand.

4.10 Official letter certifying that applicant is being employed in a company. This letter must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Saudi Arabia.

NOTE: Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary.

5. Visa Processing Fee: 300 SAR for single entry and 750 SAR for multiple entry (non-refundable)
