5.1 Passport or travel document (with one copy) with validity not less than 6 months. The validity of 18 months is required for one year visa application.
5.2 One duly filled application form
5.3 One colour photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm.) taken within the last 6 months
5.4 A copy of ID Card or Family Card (for Saudi citizen) or a copy of Residence Identity Card (for non-Saudi citizen)
5.5 A copy of Exit Re-entry visa (for non-Saudi citizen)
5.6 Evidence of traveling (a copy of confirmed air ticket)
5.7 Evidence of accommodation in Thailand
5.8 Evidence of adequate finance, i.e., bank statement (5,000 SAR per person and 10,000 SAR per family)
Purpose 1.1 Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomatic mission or international organization identifying applicant’s position and purpose of visit
Purpose 1.2 Birth Certificate, Certificate of Marriage or its equivalents
Purpose 1.3, 1.7, 1.8 Official letter certifying the purpose of travel from the organisation
Purpose 1.3 (1) A copy of the organisation's registration certificate
(2) Letter from the organization indicating purpose of the volunteer, nature of work, and exact period of stay in Thailand, including a copy of ID card or passport of the authorized person who signed the letter.

(4) Summary of the organization’s profile
Purpose 1.4 (1) A prove of retirement
(2) An original health insurance policy which covers the length of stay in Thailand with no less than 40,000 THB coverage for outpatient treatment and no less than 400,000 THB for inpatient treatment. Applicant may consider buying a Thai health insurance online at longstay.tgia.org.

Purpose 1.6 (1) Letter from the hospital in Thailand, medical record, medical certificate
(2) During Covid-19, applicant must contact a medical facility in Thailand enlisted in the “List of AHQ (Alternative Hospital Quarantine)” approved by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH). The medical facility will contact the MOPH (Health Service Support Department) for consideration and approval. Once approved, the applicant will receive necessary documents from the medical facility for applying for a visa and a Thailand Pass.)
NOTE: (1) Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary.
(2) A copy of the required document must be certified by the relevant authority such as Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Document in other language must be translated into Thai or English and certified by the relevant authority.
