Visa Issuance Process

1. Applicants are encouraged to contact visa section through email [email protected] or telephone no. 012 665 5317 before submitting their visa application. This is to ensure that the applicant applies for the right type of visa and submits all the required documents.
2. Visa’s consideration takes at least three (3) working days to process.
3. Application fees is nonrefundable.
4. Submit the visa application during 09.00 - 12.00 hrs. from Sunday to Thursday.
5. Visa can be collected during 13.30 - 15.30 from Sunday to Thursday.
